How to Order

You can order products in the following ways:

Send your completed order form with a cheque made payable to Carma London Ltd (please allow 7 working days to clear) or credit card details to: Carma London, PO Box 54621, London N16 8YD
If you do not have an order form please contact us and we will send one to you via e-mail or post.

Price

The price for each product is shown in pounds sterling (�) and includes VAT at the current rate of 17.5%. Both charges and refunds will be made in pounds sterling.
We do our utmost to ensure prices are correct at time of going to press but they are subject to change without notice. If a change in price will affect your order we will contact you as soon as possible using the contact details you have provided and you can choose to proceed at the revised price or cancel the order. If we cannot reach you we will treat the order as cancelled.

Acceptance of your Order

Order acceptance and completion of the contract between you and Carma London Ltd will take place on despatch of the products unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.

We may not accept your order if the product is out of stock or unavailable, if we identify an error in the price or product description or if we have not been able to obtain authorisation for your payment.

Products ordered may be cancelled in writing up to 8 days from receipt. If the contract is cancelled in this way any payment made by you will be refunded in full.

Delivery

We aim to process orders for items that are in stock within a day of receipt of order but please allow 7 working days for UK deliveries to avoid disappointment. Delivery costs �4.50 per delivery address within the UK.

Please order by 21st December for guaranteed Christmas delivery to UK addresses.

Delivery is FREE to UK addresses for orders over �50, and �4.50 for orders below that.

We also ship worldwide and the delivery is charged at cost. It will automatically be calculated during in the checkout process. You can e-mail info@carmalondon.com or telephone us if you would like a quote. Carma London is not responsible for any local import and customs duties payable for goods delivered overseas.

Gift Wrapping

We can gift wrap your items before dispatch together with a gift tag with a personal message. Gift wrapping is �3.50 per item.
The charge for this service is not refundable if you return the goods.

Returns

You can return unused items with the original packaging and with all labels intact within 14 days for full refund or exchange.

With the exception of faulty goods postage cannot be refunded.
When returning goods we recommend using registered post, as we cannot be responsible for goods that do not reach us.

We will refund the price you paid for the products, or send the exchange, within 30 days of our receiving the products.

Product descriptions and colours

Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications are correct at the time of going to press, and that colours are reproduced accurately. However there may be slight variations in the actual goods.
