returns policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. If you would like to return any unworn items please send them back to us in the original packaging and with all labels intact within 14 days for an exchange or a full refund.

The returns date is extended until 15th January for Christmas gifts.

With the exception of faulty goods postage and packaging costs are not refundable.

When returning goods we recommend using registered post, as we cannot be responsible for goods that do not reach us.

Please allow up to ten working days for your goods to be returned to us and we will endeavour to process your request for a refund or replacement as quickly as possible.
